Collins Consulting Strategic Pricing Support is lead by Mr. John Zettler, with over 30 years of experience supporting winning bids in the federal marketplace, concentrated on large opportunities in DoD, DHS, the Intelligence Community and Civilian Agencies. His pricing strategies have helped employers and customers win over $10B in government business.

John served as Director of Pricing, Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing, Program Controller, Divisional Finance Director and Director of Business Operations for six large and successful Federal Government Contractors before starting his own consulting business.

John’s strength is Pricing, both Strategic and Tactical – he can provide expert hands on Pricing from spreadsheet development, integration with customer templates, pricing compliance, and all internal price analysis and management approval information.  He has been performing this function for over 25 years – which has provided great depth of experience and a wealth of pricing knowledge.  Additionally (or separately) he is an expert on pricing strategies – how to bid aggressively while maintaining contract margin.

He also has done significant work involving various types of Cost Estimates and Analyses, Program Control/Program Financial Management, and Independent Subcontractor Sealed Package Reviews.
